Delivery
Gura Online is a marketplace where we collaborate with several different suppliers. We do not have our own warehouse, instead the various suppliers send your order directly from their own warehouse after we confirm your order.
If you have ordered products that are sent from different suppliers, the products may be sent to you in different packages.
Refund Policy
You can request a new product or the money back to the supplier who sold you the product. However, they cannot always deliver a new product, for example if it is out of stock.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Return
There are two different types of returns, Regret and Complaint.
A regret means that you no longer want the product, you may have bought the wrong size or model. In the event of a cancellation, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to the supplier.
A claim means that something is broken or missing on the product you ordered. In the event of a complaint, we cover the cost of return shipping if the product needs to be sent back to the supplier.
